Intermittent API errors
Resolved - Between 10:23 PM and 11:15 PM ET on October 24, a portion of requests to the Burq API, merchant dashboard and checkout failed intermittently. The cause was a resource issue on our API servers triggered by a specific type of request. We stopped the trigger the same night, and brief recurrences occurred between 5:33 AM and 5:42 AM ET on October 25 before permanent fixes were deployed the same day. The platform has been stable since.

Requests that failed during these windows can be safely retried. We apologize for the disruption.
